SCHOLARSHIP FOR CELA CONFERENCE…
CELA is offering a limited number of conference scholarships for those who wish to attend CELA’s upcoming seminar/conference on October 19-21, 2017, at the Oakland Marriott City Center.  Depending on financial need, the scholarship will pay for part or all of the attendance fee for the conference.
